  1. How to make an order?
     
    It’s very easy!
    Check out our catalog and our models by browsing the site and choosing between the GIRL and BOY categories. Every categories are divided by age group that are respectively Baby, Toddler, Junior and Teen. You can also filter items by number, at the price and style of the product.
    Once you find the item, simply select the size and press the ADD TO CART button. The product will be added to the cart you will find on the top right. At this point click on the green cart at the top right and go to the section to complete the order.
    If you have the COUPON CODE you can write it in the box “coupon code” and press APPLY COUPON.
    Once the order has been reviewed you can click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT to proceed to the last step where you will enter the information necessary to purchase and get your order shipped.
    Once you have entered all the necessary info choose the type of payment and shipping (if your order is less than 100 euros, otherwise it is free) and click on PLACE ORDER. You will receive an email confirming the purchase has been made.
    How long does it take for my order to be sent?
     
    Each order placed is sent to our warehouse to be prepared, after validation of the payment. All ordered items are available in our warehouse, this means that the items are checked, packaged and delivered to the courier on the same day. For this reason we can not make changes to your order and the method of payment and delivery chosen. You will be notified by e-mail the same day of the shipment of the package.

  1. How can I pay?
     Florens offers you three payment methods:
    – PayPal account;
    – Credit card
    – Cash on delivery: accepted only for orders whose Italian shipping address.
    Is payment secure?
      The site is equipped with a protection system. Your bank details are encrypted and protected through the SSL encryption procedure to ensure absolute confidentiality. Your bank details will not be accessible to third parties on the Internet.
    For this reason you will have to enter the number of your credit card for each new order.
How are the packages delivered?
The packages are delivered by courier and delivery times are from 2 to 5 working days. 5 for recipients located on the islands.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs for orders over € 100.00, to Italy, are charged to Florens Shoes S.r.l. , while for orders of less than € 100.00 shipping costs are depending on the place and time of delivery. They are shown in the table below. The costs related to the cash on delivery (valid only for Italy) are € 5.00. Shipping costs for Europe amount to € 25.00.

Easy the return on florens.it. If you are not satisfied of your purchase you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date. In this way, once you receive the product, you will have the opportunity to evaluate it and decide whether to keep it, replace it or return it by obtaining a refund of the amount paid.
In case of return with refund of the amount paid, the customer have to complete the form “Return form” at florens.it/sostituzioni-e-resi  (va messo in inglese)
Florens Shoes S.r.l. undertakes to refund the amount to the customer (shipping costs incurred by the customer are excluded) within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product in the company. The products have be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, undamaged, unused or damaged.
We invite the customer to keep the return email as proof of the request and to wait for confirmation from the company.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the purchase. We will inform you by e-mail when your refund will be made. We inform you that the time of credit between our account and yours may vary by a few days depending on your bank. In case of return of an order paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer. We will ask you to indicate the bank details, to which you wish to be refunded, by email. The return costs of the products are borne by Florens Shoes S.r.l.
You can replaced your product with any other product of equal or greater value.
The customer have to fill the “Replacement form” at  florens.it/sostituzioni-e-resi  (va messo in inglese)
We invite the customer to keep the replacement email as proof of the request and wait for confirmation from the company.
Once Florens Shoes S.r.l. will have accepted the exchange, the costs of replacing the product will be charged by the company ONLY FOR SHIPMENTS IN ITALY. For shipments abroad, the costs of replacing the product are charged to the customer.
