Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date. In this way, once you receive the product, you will have the opportunity to evaluate it and decide whether to keep it, replace it or return it and obtain a refund of the amount paid. In the event of a return with a refund of the amount paid, the customer must complete the "Return form" on the Request a Return page.
Florens LTD Srl unipersonale will undertake to reimburse the sums to the Customer within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product by the company. The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, intact, unused or damaged.
We invite the customer to keep the return email as proof of the request and to wait for confirmation from the company itself.
Refunds will be made with the same payment method provided for the purchase. We will notify you via email when your refund is processed. We inform you that the crediting time between our account and yours may vary by a few days depending on your bank. In case of return of an order paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery, the refund will take place via bank transfer. We will ask you to indicate the bank details to which you would like the refund to be made via email. Shipping costs for returns are always borne by the Customer.
GOODS EXCHANGE
In case of replacement of a product, it can be replaced with any other product of equal or greater value.
The customer must complete the "Replacement form" which can be found on the Request an Exchange page.
We invite the customer to keep the replacement email as proof of the request and to wait for confirmation from the company itself.
The exchange request must be accepted by Florens LTD Srl unipersonale.
Shipping costs for exchanges of goods are always borne by the Customer.
